    First Friday Forum Topic: Staffing Shortages Solutions & Successes

    Are you struggling with hiring library staff because of budget or lack of applicants? Have librarians at your workplace retired but not been replaced? Is your library one of the many trying to hire an electronic resources librarian but having no luck? Do you feel you are doing more because of these shortages? How has your campus or library leadership provided support in these times of staffing shortages? Let's talk about it!

     Join the ACRL Health Sciences Interest Group for a First Friday Forum conversation on staffing shortage solutions on October 7 at 9am PT/10am MT/11am C/12pm ET. 

     Bring your thoughts, challenges, tips, tricks, innovations and solutions. Librarians learn and improve when we share. We would especially like to hear from library deans or those who hire librarians to share your perspectives on this topic.
