    FYI!!

We invite participants who are at least 18 years old and employed full-time in an academic library in the United States or Canada to take part in a study on care and compassion in academic libraries.

The purpose of this study is to gain insight into how academic library workers experience compassionate, care-grounded leadership and management practices and how those in leadership and management roles strive to implement compassion and care. We are interested in your lived experience and we welcome you forwarding this to colleagues who work in academic libraries. The survey will be open until March 5, 2025.

If you may have interested colleagues, we welcome you forwarding the survey.

The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Respondents may opt in to a follow-up discussion with members of the research team to discuss their experiences in greater detail.
