Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my upcoming book call with you to see if anyone in the Reforma group would be interested. Thank you!
We are excited to announce a call for chapter submissions for our upcoming book, "Community Education: BIPOC Connection and Practices in Academic Libraries." This book aims to explore the intersection of community education and BIPOC perspectives, focusing on practices that empower and support Black, Indigenous, and communities of color within academic libraries. We invite contributions that connect these principles to the lived experiences of BIPOC individuals, showcasing intersections with one or more of the ten community education principles. Your submissions can include personal narratives, essays, case studies, and original research that provide insights into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by BIPOC communities in the realm of education. This work will be published by ACRL. Topic inspiration and submission info can be found on the
