A belated but huge thank you to Debralee and Adina for replying to my inquiry in November about helping a blind student use Zotero or another citation management tool. Debralee, the guide to Zotero's accessibility issues that you helped create was a spectacularly useful resource. I met with the student a few times, and I was able to help her get set up in Zotero, create and navigate folders, save items, and generate simple bibliographies from folders. There are abundant accessibility problems in Zotero, to be sure, and thus related frustrations, but she's very happy to have streamlined her practices for saving references and generating bibliographies.
