Summary: Providing off-campus access to electronic resources is a particularly challenging process for many smaller institutions. Through this webinar, several librarians from smaller public libraries, school districts, and academic libraries, will describe the services they do or do not provide, and what they would like to see in improved authentication tools. Members of the Federated Authentication and Access committee of ALA Core will present a range of current options and challenges for the future, followed by questions, answers, and discussion between the panel and audience.
