    Collection Development Professional Development Grant 2024-2025

    The Medical Library Association (MLA) is now accepting applications for the Collection Development Professional Development Grant. The grant awards up to $2,000 to a health sciences librarian(s) working in collection development and/or related information management fields with the support needed for educational activities.   

     

    MLA awards the grant through a competitive process to an MLA member, preferably a member of the Collection Development Caucus. The applicant must have been employed as a health sciences librarian within the last year in either a hospital or other clinical care or academic institution. See online description for full eligibility criteria. 

     

    Applications are due by November 15th, 2023.
