Please consider submitting a column proposal: we'd love to have the perspective of someone focused on digital scholarship!
College & Research Libraries News and ACRL's Student Learning and Information Literacy Committee invite proposals for the publication's "Perspectives on the Framework" column. This is a great opportunity to share how the Framework for Information Literacy has influenced your work over the past decade.
We are particularly interested in how your experiences-including your identity, work with diverse populations, or challenges like AI and online learning-have shaped your use or critique of the Framework. The format is flexible, with past columns sharing lessons, proposed changes, or critiques through a specific lens. As the Framework is currently under review, we hope that your critical analysis will help shape the future of the profession.
Submissions should be a 100-200 word proposal, and we welcome first-time authors. We will be doing a rolling review of proposals through December 19, 2025. Submit your proposals at the following link: https://forms.gle/dPtHS3LNoXoVtTFq9
