    Dear Academic Library Employees,

I am conducting an online survey for my thesis, which I must complete to receive my master's degree. The results may be used for a future presentation or publication. I am inviting you to participate in my research about virtual leadership competencies in academic libraries. I am hoping to gain a better understanding of what competencies are needed to lead effectively in a remote work environment. The following anonymous survey, which should take approximately 15 minutes of your time, asks questions about your experience with remote work and leadership. This survey has been approved by the National University Institutional Review Board.

To qualify for this study, you must be over the age of 18 and work 100% remotely for an academic library. This study is voluntary, and your participation will be anonymous. I won't even know who has taken the survey. If you would like to be part of my study, please click on the following link: https://ncu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_24zVsxcy7aYSZ38

If you know anyone who would be interested in this research, feel free to forward it to them.

    Thank you,
