    Hello,

The GAIL Logistics group is looking for volunteers to Moderate this year's presentations, and we think ACRL AI IG members would be great moderators for this conference!

Generative AI in Libraries (GAIL) 2026 - a fully virtual , free conference - will take place:

    1:00-4:00 PM EDT on

    • Monday, July 13

    • Tuesday, July 14

    • Wednesday, July 15

    • Thursday, July 16, 2026

    Benefits to Moderators:

    • Thank you letter for your service

    • Guaranteed Registration for full access to GAIL 2026 (the last 2 years we have maxed out registration rapidly)

    Moderator Support:

A Moderators' Information Sheet with detailed information about moderating will be shared with you well in advance of the event.

Logistics will also offer support via "Training and office hours" where we'll provide a brief overview for moderators and speakers of what to expect and how to prepare, as well as address any questions.

If you would like to moderate more than one session, please do not to sign up for back-to-back time slots. This will give you transition time to allow you to begin preparing for your session ~15 minutes before it begins. Plus, we want you to have a break! 😊

To volunteer, please add your name and contact information (email and optionally cell phone number) for the session(s) you would like to moderate to the schedule by June 19:
