    Greetings, ACRL Contemplative Pedagogy Interest Group Colleagues!

    Are you interested in contemplative pedagogy and related instructional practices? Do you want to gain leadership experience in a fun and engaging group? Do you enjoy small-team communication and collaboration?

    The ACRL Contemplative Pedagogy Interest Group is seeking a new Incoming Convener. This remote-friendly role involves collaborating with a small leadership team to plan and organize virtual programs (2-4 per year) designed to facilitate conversation about contemplative pedagogy and related instructional practices in libraries. This opportunity is available immediately and the term extends through June of 2025. The Incoming Convener will serve as the lead Convener starting in July of 2023, and then as Outgoing Convener starting in July of 2024. In-person conference attendance is not required for this role.
