Are you passionate about collection services? Would you like to make a scholarly impact that contributes to the profession and strengthens your subject knowledge? Resources for College Libraries (RCL), the bibliography of essential titles for undergraduate libraries, is seeking a new subject editor for Latin American History.
The Latin American History editor will manage the ongoing development of the core title list, including:
- Selecting new title additions, including select web resources
- Updating, reviewing, and weeding current selections
- Maintaining and refining the subject taxonomy and scope note
- Responding to recommendations from peer reviewers
- Integrating advancements in disciplinary research, teaching, and scholarship

This is a multi-year commitment that involves approximately 25 hours/year, together with flexible deadlines and remote workflows. This is a professional service opportunity; subject editors also receive an annual honorarium.
