Dear all,
ALA/ACRL Asian, African and Middle Eastern Studies Interest Group (AAMESIG) is organizing two virtual Research Forums that would welcome research presentations by faculty members, librarians as well as graduate students focusing on Asian, African and Middle Eastern Studies or topics that are of interest to AAMESIG members. The presenters will be given anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes depending on the number of submissions. The topics can range from ( but not limited to) library trends such as repositories, ebooks, open access archives. open educational resources and/or equity, diversity inclusion for AAMES regions as well as other research topics related to Asian, African, and Middle Eastern regions. International speakers are also welcome.
There will be two Research Forums one in late March and the other one around third week of June. The dates have not been finalized yet but will be finalized soon.
If interested, please submit your research proposals to Deepa Banerjee
