Charge: To submit annually a recommended budget for the ACRL division (including division publications, the CHOICE budget, the allocation of Long-Term Investment fund income) to the ACRL Board of Directors for action; To advise the ACRL Board of Directors on its allocation of Friends of ACRL contributions to strategic projects and programs, as well as to consult with the ACRL Board of Directors on fundraising goals and objectives; To counsel the ACRL Board of Directors on questions regarding all fiscal matters of the division or its publications, including dues levels and fundraising, especially as they relate to alignment with the strategic plan and its Core Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).

    Hi Alison,

    I have a question regarding terms of service and who should/should not be included in this meeting. For those of us rolling off, I thought our terms of service ended on June 30th, which coincided with ALA Annual. When Elois sent a scheduling poll for this meeting on July 15th, she noted that those of us whose term ended on June 30th do not need to complete the poll. But, I've continued to receive communication regarding this meeting. I also see that the ACRL website has been updated to reflect that our terms now end on July 31st. However, the new committee members are also listed with their terms beginning on July 1st.  https://www.ala.org/acrl/aboutacrl/directoryofleadership/committees/acr-bf

    I don't appear to have received communication regarding this change in terms of service. Could you please advise as to who should be attending this meeting and who should be voting? The committee has important decisions to make, and I want to ensure that we are clear on the governance process and voting procedures.
