    Hello,

    The Robert B. Haas Family Arts Library at Yale seeks an Arts Librarian for Access Services to oversee the library's main service point and its related public services. They will promote and instill the highest services standards and leverage the department's resources to provide excellent customer service. The person in this position will supervise, motivate, and coach six public services staff responsible for a range of library services including: basic reference and referrals, circulation, privileges, course reserves, resource sharing, and stacks maintenance in a service-focused library.
