You beat me to it. Marilyn! We've just put this up recently and are in the final testing stages. We want to be sure it saves and presents data in an easy to use way so that we can transmit applications quickly to you all in a readable format. It does require people to save the pd form application to their desktop then complete and click on the submit button. If anyone on the committee want to take it for a test drive to see how it works from the perspective of an applicant, feel free. We are concerned it may confuse applicants so need to brainstorm how to encourage folks to save the form and would welcome input from you all.
