    Primary Research Group Inc., (www.primaryresearch.com), publisher of research reports about higher education, is surveying information technology personnel and librarians in colleges and universities about their use of Zoom. Survey participants receive a free PDF copy of the report based on the survey data; the survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. The institutional name of the survey participants is listed in an appendix but report responses are aggregated or otherwise not attributed to specific respondents, and personal names are confidential.
