Hi, all,
I'm working on the legislative update for the ACRL Chapters Council Spring newsletter. Do we have an anticipated date for the Legislative Agenda to be finalized? If not, I'll just say it's coming soon and will be shared with the listserv when it's approved.
Thanks!
Carrie

Thanks, Erik, for sending this over. I'll take a quick read tomorrow and add in any comments/suggestions then send on to my colleagues at ALA Public Policy and Advocacy in Washington, D.C. I don't know their workload at the moment but expect we're likely to hear back within a week or two with notes about any red flags, omissions, etc. Then you can reconcile our suggestions/comments and send me a clean draft, which I'll have a colleague copy edit.
More to come,
Kara

Hello GRC Committee:
My thanks for everyone's work on our draft 2022 ACRL Legislative Agenda. I have made additional changes, tried to improve internal consistency from section to section, and attempted to provide a stronger advocacy voice.
With this message, I'm asking Kara to move this along through the systems for review, improvement, and additional questions for our committee. This will allow us to complete any additional work for a final version.
Thanks for everyone's patience as other work delayed my attention to this important work.
Best,
Erik Nordberg
