I am the User Experience Librarian at Florida Tech's Evans Library. I currently manage chat and in-person reference , create Research Guides, and am the liaison to the university's College of Aeronautics. I provide in-person reference, virtual (chat) reference and phone reference to students and faculty. I also provide course instruction and one-on-one consultations. I received a Bachelors of Education and Masters of Science in Library Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
