Project Outcome (www.projectoutcome.org) helps public libraries understand and share the impact of essential library services and programs. It is designed to give libraries simple tools and supportive resources to help turn better data into better libraries. This community is for Project Outcome users at public libraries to discuss their use of outcome measurement, ask each other about patron engagement strategies, and further the thoughts and conversations that begin with projectoutcome.org. Here, you can find various threads to ask and answer questions, start your own conversations, or further your own learning about how libraries are using outcome measurement to improve their patron-focused programs and services.
For technical assistance with the toolkit or your library's account, please contact info@projectoutcome.org.

When I went to log on today, I got this privacy error message. Before logging in, I wanted to make sure everything was ok.

    Jennifer,

Thanks for the inquiry. There was an unfortunate mix-up and the security certificate expired for projectoutcome.org. Our vendor is working on getting it taken care of as quickly as possible. I don't think you will be able to access the site or login until it is addressed. I'll share another message here once we're back up and running.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This should be fixed in a few hours (not days) at least.

    Thank you,
    Katina
