The International Relations Round Table (IRRT) of the American Library Association (ALA) has launched a pilot program to promote and enable support for IRRT member attendance and participation in international library conferences.

The first initiative will provide competitive grants to cover the early bird registration for the virtual IFLA Congress to be held August 17-19, 2021. Awards will be announced ahead of the IFLA early registration deadline.

Preference will be given to IRRT members and those who would be attending their first IFLA conference.

The application form must be completed and submitted by June 15, 2021.

You will be required to complete and submit a brief (100-200 words) report on your participation and impressions of the IFLA 2021 Congress by September 15, 2021.
