The mission of the International Relations Round Table is to promote interest in library issues and librarianship worldwide; to help coordinate international activities within ALA, serving as a liaison between the International Relations Committee and those members of the Association interested in international relations; to develop programs and activities which further the international objectives of ALA; and to provide hospitality and information to visitors from abroad.

    The International Sustainable Library Development  of IRRT is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.  Join us for lunch with others of the same interest.

         -Celebration lunch-all ISLD members and friends interested in sustainable international libraries and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers are invited

          -Location: Anthem Restaurant at the Marriott Marquis

                             901 Massachusetts Ave NW

              - Time: Noon

              - Menu: Choice of turkey BLT half sandwich or grilled cheese half sandwich and either salad or tomato bisque soup.   Cost includes coffee, tea, iced tea or soda and dessert.

              - Cost: $25  in cash will be collected when you arrive. No credit cards please.
