    Dear IRRT Members,

The ALA Annual Conference in San Diego starts in only three weeks! In addition to the many programs and initiatives that we have run throughout the year, IRRT has worked hard this year to put together some great programs for Annual. I am providing a list of the IRRT programs below, but I wanted to call special attention to the IRRT All Committee Meeting and the IRRT Executive Committee Meeting.

For these two meetings we will be following last year's format (which was a successful pilot). For the All Committee Meeting, the format will be brief remarks from the IRRT Chair reporting on the work of IRRT over this past year and then the entire rest of the allotted time will be available for committees to meet, folks to network informally, and for newcomers to learn about the work of the various committees to see if they might be interesting in contributing to the work of the group.

The IRRT Executive Committee (EC) Meeting will also follow last year's format in which the committee will start the meeting with a couple of formal agenda items and then rest of the session will be open to IRRT members to ask questions of the EC and learn more about what the IRRT EC does.

We hope to see you in San Diego!

Apologies for the follow up post, but the first post did not include the International Sustainable Library Development Interest Groups Lunch which will take place at 11:45am on Saturday, June 29th. It is open to any interested members, but you must RSVP to Connie Champlin by June 20th at conniechamplin@gmail.com).

The original post has been edited to include the lunch. Again, my apologies for the oversight in the first draft.
