The mission of the International Relations Round Table is to promote interest in library issues and librarianship worldwide; to help coordinate international activities within ALA, serving as a liaison between the International Relations Committee and those members of the Association interested in international relations; to develop programs and activities which further the international objectives of ALA; and to provide hospitality and information to visitors from abroad.

    Hello all!

    The Student Chapter of ALA's International Relations Round Table (SCIRRT) at Simmons University is please to extend an invitation to our second virtual event of the semester to IRRT members, especially students!

    IRRT Sister Libraries Committee co-chair and Alexandria Sister Cities Committee member Diana Price shares how Alexandria Library's Sister Libraries relationship with Dundee, Scotland began and how this partnership grew from an existing Sister Cities partnership.
