The Fifth Global Media and Information Literacy Youth Hackathon is now open for registration!
Five good reasons for youth to participate:
1. A theme that allows them to be creative and impactful: "Youth powering media and information literacy in digital spaces".
2. A format open to all innovative solutions: games, apps, websites, podcasts, creative community-based interventions...
3. A hackathon open to all youth: no previous computer science or coding background is required.
4. All registered participants will be provided with mentoring and online resources on MIL and coding.
5. The winning team will gain the opportunity to present their project during the Global MIL Week 2023 in Jordan (23-25 Oct): airfare and hotel expenses will be covered for the winners.
We'd be grateful if you could share the attached flyer amongst your networks: newsletter, social media, stories etc.
Very soon we'll send you a dedicated newsletter with additional information that you'll also be invited to share.
