The mission of the International Relations Round Table is to promote interest in library issues and librarianship worldwide; to help coordinate international activities within ALA, serving as a liaison between the International Relations Committee and those members of the Association interested in international relations; to develop programs and activities which further the international objectives of ALA; and to provide hospitality and information to visitors from abroad.

    The IFLA Section on Management and Marketing is delighted to launch this year's International Library Marketing Award continuing once again its partnership with award sponsor PressReader. The award aims to:

    • Recognize the best library marketing projects from 2023
    • Encourage marketing in libraries
    • Provide an opportunity for libraries to share marketing experience and expertise globally

    First place receives €3,000, second €2,000, and third €1,500. The award also honours the top 10 submissions with certificates of recognition and a Premium PressReader account.

    Submissions are due 20 February 2024.
