The mission of the International Relations Round Table is to promote interest in library issues and librarianship worldwide; to help coordinate international activities within ALA, serving as a liaison between the International Relations Committee and those members of the Association interested in international relations; to develop programs and activities which further the international objectives of ALA; and to provide hospitality and information to visitors from abroad.

    The Federal and Armed Forces Libraries Interest Group (FAFLIG) Executive Committee invites you to their next meeting, which will include a presentation by guest speaker

    Ms. Helen “Meg” Tulloch.  From her first days as a Research Librarian for the U.S. Army Europe in Heidelberg, Germany to her current position as the Director, Center for Library Science at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Meg Tulloch has been enmeshed in the workings of federal libraries.

    She will discuss changes to the work of federal librarians, challenges with federal acquisitions and diminishing collection space, and opportunities to use our knowledge in new ways. The meeting's details are as follows:
