To me, posts with links to
ALA JobList position announcements should still be fine.
I don't find the
EBD Doc where this was recommended?

Subject: Posting jobs on Connect policy
Hi again,
Simple question
I am reading the documents on https://www.ala.org/aboutala/virtual-january-and-annual-conference-council-meetings
And I read in #15.1 "Restrict job postings to a singular opt-in community on the ALA Connect platform" does this mean we can't post on jobs on the Connect thread that target the type of library worker we need? If so, I wish to push back on that decision. Posting only once makes sense since we want everyone to use the Placement Center. Awareness in the "right" community benefits all members: the seeker and the employer.
