    Good day to you all. I am new to council (at large) and one that is only on for a year so my term is swift. I am seeking a second to my motion to honor my mom Linda Anne Dougherty who passed away last month, but who was also very active in libraries and ALA back in the 70s-90s. My draft resolution is attached. 

    Please consider and help me make this a reality for her (and me).
