  • 1.  issues logging in to RDA TOOLKIT

    Good morning all,

    I haven't logged in to RDA in a while and have been trying to log in since last Monday (the 21st).  I type my username and pw but I don't log in and no error occurs.  I was wondering if anyone else has been having a similar issue?  I emailed rdatoolkit@ala.org last Monday (the 21st) about having issues logging in, but haven't heard back, so I thought I would ask here.

    I am having a similar issue.  I am able to login but when I click a link to access the contents, I get an  "Access Expired", message.  I have contacted RDA-Support and they have informed me that our subscription is current; however, I still can't access the contents.

    Will be interested to see when this is resolved.

    By any chance did your subscription renew recently? We had something similar happen after a renewal once and I believe the issue turned out to be an error in the product code associated with our account.

    Our subscription isn't due to renew until July, 2025.
