One of your member benefits is to vote for the Association's future member leaders. The 2023 election is an important opportunity for your voice to be heard. The 2023 ALA Election will open March 13, 2023 and will run through April 5, 2023.
The ALA Presidential Candidates Forum will be held on Wednesday, February 15 at 2:30 p.m. Central Time. This is your opportunity to become more informed about the candidates. Register today to participate in the Forum. You may also submit a question in advance using this link.
Immediately following the forum, ALA members have the opportunity to virtually meet and greet each candidate. To join the 'Meet the Greet' session, please register here.
ALA Councilor-at-Large candidate biographies are now available for your review. To learn more about this year's candidates, visit the ALA Election Information website. If you are a member of a Division and/or Round Table, you will receive access to vote for those specific ballots.
ALA is partnering with election vendor, Survey and Ballot Systems to conduct our spring elections. Members will receive an e-mail from "ALA Governance Office" at noreply@surveyandballotsystems.com enabling you to cast your vote.
