    Hello Councilors,

    I have moved, and Ed Garcia has seconded a resolution on making permanent a carbon offset fee in registration for all ALA and Division event attendance.

    Please review and provide feedback to me if you are able to. I will be attending Council Forum for discussion and explanation as well. I am looking forward to Council taking the matter up in a few weeks. Many folks were involved in writing this, and as SustainRTs new Councilor I am glad to be presenting it for your consideration.
