  • 1.  Help! I can't find my OnPeak id# on my confirmtion and can't book housing til i do

    HI and Happy New Year,


    Where do I find my OnPeak id# on my ALA bundled registration confirmation?  I have tried my Registration Confirmation but it isn't working.  I can't remember my password.

    Hi Nancy, and all Councilors,

    I have been advised that Annual Conference housing will open next week.  If you have bundled registration, onPeak will be sending your Annual Conference confirmation numbers to you on Monday, January 12.  If you have questions, please contact onPeak directly at ala@onpeak.co or 800-584-9047.
