Presentation Title: Responsive Web Design - Pros and Cons(Bohyun Kim, Digital Access Librarian, Florida International University Medical Library)
Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about responsive web design (RWD). It is still a new trend and even more so in libraries. But we are starting to see more and more responsive sites. I will take a look at some RWD library website examples and discuss some pros and cons of responsive web design that will help librarians to decide if RWD is a a project to consider for their libraries in the context of the mobile Web.
Since mobile first and responsive are the topics, why not just do a panel and get some diverse perspectives?
I mean they are THE topics.
