Dear Council,
I have submitted the attached Memorial Resolution to the Resolutions Committee to honor our Maine colleague Jim Campbell. I have a seconder but wanted to share here to the list as well. Our state has lost a key advocate for Intellectual Freedom and Privacy Rights. Jim was a constant within our association, always willing to step in and share his vast knowledge. His conference sessions were always our most popular as he was a dynamic speaker on these topics.
