    Hi all,

Writing to Heal from Extractive Systems: Rewrite Your Relationship with Yourself, Others, and the World is a 12-week program designed to help you transform the pain of living under patriarchy, capitalism, and colonialism into alignment and liberation. Through guided writing prompts, community care, and somatic practices, this course will help you release old stories, reconnect with your values, and navigate relationships with clarity and integrity. Using the ETA (Excavate, Transform, Act) framework, you'll learn to express what's stuck inside, shift from numbing to intentional connection, and create sustainable, enoughness-based creativity. The program includes 11 live sessions, an integration week, and a community of like-minded individuals on similar healing journeys. Early Bird pricing is $750 (or $125/month), with limited 1:1 bonuses for the first five enrollees and pay-what-you-can spots for BIPOC applicants until January 25. If you're ready to rewrite your relationships and cultivate groundedness in these dystopian times, this course could be your bridge to transformation. Get all the details here.
