    Hi all, 

    Apologies for the late email-I was out sick yesterday.  

    Some of you have already accepted the calendar invite I sent for our first working meeting on October 22nd. (I had hoped to send you all an .ics file, but I found out that the new Outlook has made some disappointing changes.) I will be sending the invites for the rest of the committee year soon. If you did not receive the calendar invites, here is list of our WORKING MEETINGS:

    1. Working meeting: Wednesday, October 22 at 11:00am (Pacific)
    2. Working meeting: Wednesday, November 19 at 11:00am (Pacific)
    3. Working meeting: Wednesday, December 17 at 11:00am (Pacific)
    4. Working meeting: Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 11:00am (Pacific)
    5. Working meeting:Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 11:00am (Pacific)
