Greetings, ACRL AI Discussion Group folks! Just taking a moment to re-post the info and links for our January group meetup, happening today at 10am EST - Ginny and I hope you can join us for an hour with special guest Dr. Alexia Hudson-Ward, sharing insights from her forthcoming book on social intelligence in the age of AI, and leading the group in an exploratory discussion on ethical AI and libraries. Dr. Hudson-Ward was the Editor-In-Chief of ACRL/Choice360's "Towards Inclusive Excellence," was the Azariah Smith Root Director of Libraries at Oberlin College, and is my colleague at MIT, in her role as the Associate Director for Research, Learning, and Strategic Partnerships (as well as our AI Strategy lead!).
