Based on their forthcoming blog post with WOC+Lib, the 2025-26 RIG Convener Team will reflect on their year as RIG's Conveners, the disappearance of residency programs, and the actions that were taken to understand and support residents through the changing landscape of library resident programs.

Courtney Shareef is the Strategic Research Initiatives Librarian/Assistant Professor at University of Louisville (and former Resident of the same institution)
Natalia Umaña is the Education Librarian/ Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder (and former Resident of University of Denver)
