**Reminder about open survey; feel free to share/fwd as relevant** Greetings, Recent weeks and months have brought shifts to the pursuit of research across the United States, including funding freezes and budget cuts, executive orders regarding DEIA (and its variants) and other justice-related topics (e.g., environmental justice), restrictions, and preferential treatment based on specific terminology/language within research projects and proposals, and more.* This survey aims to gather the perspectives of academic librarians and LIS-program faculty (in the US and it's territories) about the implications of these shifts (and executive orders, etc.) on research initiatives and, more broadly, topics associated with academic and intellectual freedom within academia. I invite you to complete the online survey, available at the web address below. Initial testing suggests that participants will complete the survey in about 15 minutes depending mainly on the nature of their qualitative input.
