    Hi, everyone.  I'm conducting research professional development and paraprofessionals in academic libraries and am seeking qualified participants. 

    You are invited to participate in a research study about the professional development needs and preferences of paraprofessionals working in  academic libraries. This study is being conducted because LIS research concerning the professional development of paraprofessionals in modern academic libraries is lacking. The goal of this study is to examine the impact of organizational structure on professional development opportunities for paraprofessionals. The survey is mobile-friendly and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time.
