Dear colleagues,
Have you ever worked in a cataloging or acquisitions position in a health sciences library? Have you ever worked in a position that might be considered part of technical services in a health sciences library? If you can say yes to either of those questions, even if you're not currently in such a position, we are interested in your opinions.
Whether or not you have ever been a member of the Medical Library Association, we'd like to know how you feel about membership in MLA. The survey is part of a study to determine perceptions and attitudes that librarians who consider themselves in technical services (regardless of actual job title) have about MLA, what barriers they might have encountered while trying to participate in MLA, and what they think might be done to remove those barriers.
