    Dear Colleagues,

    I am writing to invite you to participate in my survey about how librarians prepare for database user interface modifications.

    Responses will be collected online through Qualtrics, a secure survey tool, and will be collected in a manner that will not personally identify participants. There are minimal risks to participation in this survey. Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question that you prefer not to answer and withdraw from the survey at any time.

    Any librarian interested is welcome to respond. If you participate in this survey, you will answer 11 multiple choice questions. This survey is expected to take approximately 2-5 minutes to complete and will be open until Dec 31, 2025.
