ALL IN's Project RISE: A National Effort to Scale What Works

Please take 10 minutes to complete our survey by Friday, July 31st.

Calling on all libraries who facilitate adult literacy efforts! ALL IN's Project RISE is an initiative to collect proven strategies and resources to support lower-level learners and to share them with the field. This multi-phase national initiative will identify replicable, high impact strategies from adult literacy programs and translate them into practical, field-facing tools that programs can apply locally.

The Urgency: Millions of Adults Are Still Being Left Behind

Nearly 60 million adults in the U.S. perform at the lowest literacy levels. Without stronger data, shared strategies, and collaboration, programs risk continuing to work in isolation-and learners remain underserved.

Learning From Programs That Are Breaking Through Barriers

While many programs struggle to reach lower-level learners, some are succeeding at recruiting and retaining them on a meaningful scale. The ALL IN Initiative will learn directly from these programs and help scale their success across the field.

We want to hear from you! Please take our 10-minute survey to support our efforts and to learn about programs that serve lower-level learners.
