Join us at the Academic Library Services for Graduate Students Interest Group meeting at ALA Annual in New Orleans. The meeting will be held on Saturday, June 23, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the Morial Convention Center, Room 296. There will be four ten-minute presentations (see the end of the email for longer descriptions), as well as a brief time to share your thoughts on how to move forward with holding conversations and building our capacity as librarians who serve graduate students.
A Collaborative Initiative for Graduate Student Success Bonnie Fong, Rutgers University
What Reference Services Do International and Science and Engineering Graduate Students Need? Evidence from a Graduate Student User Survey, Kelli Trei and Jamie Carlstone, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Get Hired!: Library Support for Graduate Students' Alternative Career Needs, Christina Sheley, Indiana University, Bloomington

For those who can't make it to the meeting in person, slides including speaker notes will be (hopefully) posted to the interest group's ALA Connect space after the meeting. Also (since Connect is still rather fickle), files will be posted in a shared Google Drive folder: goo.gl/jJzaSR
I look forward to seeing you there!
