All:
So far, I have received a response from just the Ohio Chapter. Thank you very much to Immediate Past President Gerald Natal for taking the time to reply. For everyone's reference, here it is
This concerns support for the Ohio Chapter of ACRL. I am currently immediate past president. While I was President Elect and President, I do not recall getting any direct contact from the ALA Public Policy and Advocacy Office, other than a request for ALAO's stand on HB 83. ALAO's Advocacy Chair just recently joined the ALA advocacy group at the end of October and has received a few emails--nothing where attendance was requested or an offer to participate in any events. I imagine ALAO will be receiving better communications from hereon in.
Again, if your state or regional chapter has feedback to share on its interactions with the ALA Public Policy and Advocacy Office, please let me know, at eedwards@ilsos.gov, as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

All:
This is a reminder to respond to at least the first question--and, if relevant, the second one--at your earliest convenience. Please send responses directly to me, at eedwards@ilsos.gov, and I will then compile the responses and share them with Chapters Council before passing them on to the Youth Council Caucus and related groups. Since no one has responded yet, I will extend the deadline to Tuesday, December 12.
Thank you very much.
