I'm reposting this call for a new incoming convener. Please share this with anyone who might be interested in volunteering. Thank you!
UAIG is looking for a person/people interested in becoming a convener for this group! This is a three-year commitment. New conveners will be signing up to serve as incoming convener for 2026-2027, convener for 2027-2028, and past convener for 2028-2029. Convener roles begin on July 1st of each year.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the duties and requirements. It is not a large time commitment, and there are many opportunities to share resources and start conversations about accessibility in libraries.
Our deadline to post a new incoming convener is May 1. So please email right away if you are interested.
