Hello,
I've been charged developing a project plan for a full library collection inventory which has not taken place in my new library for many years. I'd like to layout the scope, the needs, timeline, etc but I am hoping not to reinvent the wheel and asking the collective here if you have done something in the past and would be willing to share?
In my previous positions/libraries, the process (and technology) was already set up so I didn't need to create a whole project plan.
