Why did create a new website and change platforms?
In 2024 the old RIG website was no longer functioning properly, and after hours on hours of trying to fix it, we decided to create a new site. We went with a Canva microste because it's a little more intuitive for people who may not have web or coding experience, which will make it easier to maintain overtime.
The new website is a need to know informational hub about RIG. Our next project is creating a LibGuide that will hold our resources, like residency related literature, the Residency Toolkit, and previous event recordings.
