    Join former residents and editors of Residencies Revisited: Reflections on Library Residency Programs from the Past and Present, Preethi Gorecki and Arielle Petrovich, for this Mentorship Discussion.
    If you are new to residencies or considering applying for one, this session is an opportunity to learn from past residents' experiences and ask questions. We will be discussing lessons learned, strategies for optimizing your residency, and how to set yourself up for successful job search post-residency.
