Are you interested in assessment? Join the RIG Assessment Team!
We are looking for new members who interested in in assessing residency programs or developing tools to assess residencies. No prior experience in assessment is needed.
The goal of the RIG Assessment team is to develop tools for evaluating the success of post-MLIS residency programs and to assess what makes residents and residency programs thrive. The team typically means over Zoom about once a month to every six weeks and the average time commitment is approximately one hour per week. The RIG Assessment Team is a great way to gain more experience with assessment and research.
